We've added this page because so many of our potential guests have requested that they get an immediate idea of what the cost might run for their vacation. Please keep in mind that this is just an estimate and does not take into account possible discounts we may offer. Just choose the dates of your arrival and departure, referring to the availability calendar to insure your dates are available. Please remember that the calendar shows only Nights that are occupied, so that a Saturday may be marked as occupied, yet you can depart on Saturday if the nights prior to that are free.

Please remember that we rent Saturday through Saturday, with a 7 day minimum, except in cases where that configuration is not available. This calculator will automatically figure 7 days from the date of arrival, but you can change the date of departure manually if your stay is less than 7 days. If you find a shorter interval of less than seven days but greater than 4 days, sandwiched between already reserved intervals, we are happy to rent these times, sometimes at a discount, but you can get a rough idea of the cost here.

*** PLEASE NOTE ***   The USVI Government has just raised the Hotel Tax for rentals beginning January 2012, to 10%. Rentals in 2011 will remain at the 8% rate. This calculator has been reset to reflect the higher 10% tax rate. If you are estimating dates for 2011, your actual total will be slightly lower. The Calculator also includes a non-refundable $35 damage waiver fee (please see the rates page for a full explanation) which is in lieu of a security deposit.
