Additional days prorated from base rate

Rates are based on double-occupancy in each bedroom and are subject to change. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation at the time of booking. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to date of occupancy.

*** PLEASE NOTE ***
USVI Government Hotel Tax is additional. The USVI Government has just raised the Hotel Tax for rentals beginning January 2012, to 10%. Rentals in 2011 will remain at the 8% rate.

A non-refundable $35 damage waiver fee is due 8 weeks prior to arrival and paid by credit card. This fee is in lieu of a damage deposit and is an insurance fee to cover accidental villa damage of up to $500. Please inquire with us for more detailed information.

Cancellation Policy:

Payments are non-refundable unless the agent or owner re-rents the villa during the period reserved. If the villa is re-rented, a handling charge of 20% of the total balance, plus any difference incurred if a replacement rental must be discounted, will be deducted. We highly recommend that you purchase travelers insurance for all dates of travel, but especially when traveling during hurricane season, July-October.

A vehicle is necessary and a 4 wheel drive is highly recommended to take full advantage of all areas of the island. Rental is approximately $360 for one week.
