Nestled on a shelf carved into the living rock, the villa offers breathtaking panoramic views of the scenic southeastern shore of St. John. It’s ideally situated to take advantage of the refreshing trade winds directly above the picturesque Hart Bay.

The expansive decks provide a full 270-degree view, from the glittering St. Thomas to Rams Head, offering spectacular sunrise and sunset vistas.

 

Enjoy a private pool with a hot tub with a pergola. Multiple levels of decks and a shaded, large breezy lower patio with a hammock provides a relaxing spot. A short path leads to a secluded, quiet coral and shell snorkeling beach. The private pool and hot tub offer stunning views, and a music system is available to enhance the ambiance. Lounge chairs, beach chairs, and towels are provided for your comfort.

 

Now, guests can enjoy seamless full solar power, backed up by a battery generator. Additional solar panels and a new six-battery array, equipped with an inclusive inverter switch, seamlessly switch between all power sources, ensuring a reliable and sustainable energy supply.
