Andante by the Sea is a charming three bedroom vacation rental villa located just minutes from Cruz Bay. There you'll find a delightful dining experience. Nestled on a shelf carved into the living rock, it overlooks the scenic southeastern shore of St. John. It is is ideally situated to take advantage of the cooling trade winds directly above picturesque Hart Bay.

Andante, architecturally designed in a modified Mediterranean style with accents of native stone, stands out for its unique blend of privacy and breathtaking panoramic views. The decks offer a full 270-degree view, from the glittering St. Thomas east to Rams Head, showcasing spectacular sunrise and sunset vistas.

There are three spacious bedrooms, each with a stunning sea view, a private deck, a full bath, and air conditioning. The primary room boasts a king-size bed and rattan furnishings, complemented by a private deck. The two guest bedrooms feature twin beds that can be easily converted into comfortable king-sized beds. Each bedroom also has its own private deck.

​The villa is tastefully furnished throughout with contemporary tropical rattan, teak, and eclectic accents from around the world. Vaulted cypress-beamed ceilings and overhead fans adorn the great room, kitchen, and two upper bedrooms. Andante is fully equipped to provide everything you need for a relaxing island vacation. The kitchen also boasts newer stainless steel appliances.

 

​Now, guests can enjoy seamless full solar power, backed up by a battery generator. Additional solar panels and a new six-battery array, equipped with an inclusive inverter switch, seamlessly switch between all power sources. This setup minimizes the need for electrical company use, ensuring guests remain unaware of any power outages that may occur on the island.
