Originally a native of Ghana, he migrated to North America and was welcomed by the very best chefs that North America has to offer.
Chef Mathayom has been working professional in the food service industry since 1993 and has been the chef at many of St. John’s premier restaurants including Isolate, Paradiso, Chateau Bordeaux and Chloe and Bernard’s.
